About us
NGO YES was founded in 2018 to foster civic competence in society. The Russian invasion on February 24, 2022, fundamentally changed our country and, consequently, our focus. We are now leveraging all our potential and expertise to help our country endure and to support the affected population.
Mission
Strengthening the capacity of communities in southern and eastern Ukraine to develop, recover from the war, and create opportunities for a dignified life.
Vision
Southern and eastern Ukraine are home to resilient people and capable communities. These are regions where people have the opportunities to thrive, live safely, and enjoy a life of dignity. Where young people stay, return, and build their futures. Where community members have a voice and influence the decisions that shape their local development. These are communities that are recovering from the war, growing their economies, collaborating with one another, and attracting investment. This is a part of Ukraine where active citizens and strong communities are working together to build a democratic, resilient, and European nation.
