The project aimed to improve access to education for children aged 3–10 in Ukraine's frontline regions. A key objective of the initiative was to support self-employment and job opportunities for parents, particularly internally displaced persons, by creating safe environments for their children's leisure and development.

Geography and implementation period
The project was implemented from May to October 2023 in the Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions. Child-friendly spaces operated in the following cities:
Zaporizhzhia;
Zhovti Vody;
Pervomaiskyi;
Kryvyi Rih.
Key results
As part of the project:
6 safe spaces for children were created;
5,476 visits to the spaces were recorded (1,329 unique children);
24 facilitators were engaged to conduct workshops, sports games, and interactive sessions;
group integration events were held for 50 IDP family representatives, which helped improve their integration into the community.
