The project aimed to improve the quality of youth initiatives by implementing modern digital tools. The primary goal was to train professionals in the effective use of digital technologies to engage young people and enhance youth work methods at the local level.

Geography and implementation period
The project was implemented throughout 2018. The all-Ukrainian training took place in Zaporizhzhia, bringing together participants from 14 regions of Ukraine.
Key results
As part of the project implementation:
a nationwide training session was held for youth workers on the use of digital tools;
representatives from 14 regions of the country were engaged in an exchange of experience;
30 youth workers mastered new techniques and integrated updated SMM approaches into their professional practice.
