Unite and Volunteer

The project aimed to strengthen social cohesion within territorial communities in the Zaporizhzhia region. The primary goal of the initiative was to empower residents by engaging them in volunteer activities and establishing sustainable local volunteer hubs.

Geography and implementation period

The project was implemented in the Zaporizhzhia region across the following communities:

Berdiansk community;

Melitopol community;

Yakymivka community;

Kyrylivka community;

Prymorsk community;

Novenske community.

Key results

As part of the project:

— organized and conducted a training intensive for 18 representatives from the target communities;

— held volunteer events in each of the communities, involving 300 local residents;

— developed an interactive volunteering game called "Hurtui Volonterui."
