Providing humanitarian aid to conflict-affected populations and IDPs in the Zaporizhzhia region

The project was aimed at supporting affected populations and internally displaced persons (IDPs) residing in the Zaporizhzhia region. The primary goal of the initiative was to meet the basic needs of vulnerable groups by providing humanitarian aid.

The project was implemented in the following communities of the Zaporizhzhia region:

  • Vozdvyzhivka community;
  • Preobrazhenka community;
  • Tavriiske community;
  • Komyshuvakha community;
  • Novooleksandrivka community;
  • Novomykolaivka community;
  • Kushuhum community;
  • Orikhiv community;
  • Matviivka community;
  • Pavlivka community;
  • Mykhailo-Lukasheve community;
  • Malynivka community;
  • Stepne community;
  • Vasylivka community;
  • Malochanivka community;
  • Stepnohirsk community;
  • Petro-Mykhailivka community;
  • Ternuvate community.

Key results

As part of the project implementation:

  • 3,720 families, totaling 9,112 individuals, have been supported with various types of humanitarian aid;
  • beneficiaries have been provided with hygiene kits and household essentials (bedding, kitchenware);
  • convection heaters, survival kits, metal stoves with cooktops, and chopped firewood have been provided.
